SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS FOR A PEST-FREE FUTURE
WeevilWipeout: How It Works & What’s Next
Whether you're a plantation manager, government agency, or potential distributor, we understand you may have questions about how WeevilWipeout works, where it's available, and what makes it different. Below are the most common queries we receive about our breakthrough organic solution. If your question is not answered here, please contact us.
WeevilWipeout is an organic, non-toxic treatment composed of naturally derived ingredients. It is designed to kill red palm weevils effectively while being safe for people, animals, and the environment. Unlike conventional chemicals, it leaves no harmful residue in the soil or food chain.
What is WeevilWipeout made from?
The speed of results depends on infestation levels and dilution rates. In most cases, adult red palm weevils begin to die within minutes of treatment. The original formula was designed to eliminate all adult weevils immediately to prevent further reproduction. We have since adapted the formulation to target larvae more effectively, offering broader and longer-lasting protection.
How quickly does the treatment work?
WeevilWipeout is primarily applied through frond and crown spraying, offering effective, preventative protection across large-scale palm plantations and landscaped environments. This method creates a defensive barrier that deters red palm weevils before they can infest. For palms already affected, the treatment can also be injected directly into the trunk to reach weevils and larvae concealed inside.
The application process requires no specialised equipment, making it easy to integrate into existing farm operations. Compared to conventional chemical pesticides, WeevilWipeout is significantly more cost-effective—and uniquely sustainable, as all of its active compounds can be grown hydroponically.
How is the product applied?
Currently, WeevilWipeout is only available to commercial enterprises, government bodies, and agricultural institutions. It is not sold for individual or domestic use at this time.
Can individuals purchase WeevilWipeout?
We are preparing to begin trials across the GCC region with major research partners. These trials will support regulatory approval and showcase the effectiveness of our solution in desert and arid conditions.
Where is WeevilWipeout being tested?
Our formulation is undergoing testing with research institutions to meet regulatory standards in several regions. We are committed to full compliance with each country’s agricultural and environmental guidelines before entering the market.
Is the product approved for use?
Yes. We’re expanding our research to evaluate WeevilWipeout’s effectiveness against a wider range of destructive pests. This includes:
The pine weevil (Hylobius abietis), a major threat to forestry and reforestation projects.
The agave snout weevil (Scyphophorus acupunctatus), which causes severe damage to agave plants in both agricultural and ornamental settings.
The black snout weevil (Rhynchophorus vulneratus), a close relative of the red palm weevil, also capable of infesting palm species.
We are also initiating trials to adapt our solution for fogging use in mosquito-infested areas, with potential applications in public health and vector control.
Will it work on other pests?
If you're a government representative, plantation manager, agricultural organisation, or distributor interested in exclusive rights or collaboration, we’d love to hear from you. Please contact us at info@weevilwipeout.com.
How can I partner or become a distributor?
Yes. In addition to expanding into new pest sectors, we are developing innovative delivery methods. One focus area is the use of organic biomass as a vector and slow-release system for WeevilWipeout—enabling longer-lasting protection, reduced application frequency, and improved environmental integration in remote or large-scale settings.
